Thank you for your interest in Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery awards program, which has grown to become the retail food industry’s premier women’s leadership recognition platform.
Now in its ninth year, Top Women in Grocery honors outstanding female leaders within the retailer and supplier communities in three sectors: Senior-Level Executives, Rising Stars and Store Managers.
This year’s event will take place in sunny Orlando at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress. Highlights of this year’s Top Women in Grocery event will begin with breakfast and will incorporate an educational, networking and interactive peer program designed to foster and enhance the success and professional development of its honored guests.

The following women impressed Progressive Grocer’s judging panel with their willingness to exceed expectations in their various positions, whether it was stepping up to take on extra responsibility, overhauling an entire department to enable it to run more smoothly, devising a program to address a previously unmet need, or reaching out to help those less fortunate in their respective communities. Although PG’s 2015 winners hail from a wide range of backgrounds, they all share an abiding commitment to exceed expectations and raise the bar ever higher.
Having demonstrated ongoing overall excellence in their respective positions since being first named a Top Women in Grocery award winner, these highly deserving women have ascended to the highest level of industry recognition with induction into PG’s Top Women in Grocery Hall of Fame. This distinction is one that PG’s editors hope to extend to many more winners in the future, as a further affirmation of the crucial contributions made by female executives and store managers to the retail food industry.
